- Minimum 3 years experience providing security to commercial/hospitality venues
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from RRA
- Bank guarantee of RWF 500,000
Supply & Delivery of Fresh Produce & Ingredients (Annual Contract)

- High hygiene standards with cold-chain transportation capability
- Ability to supply on 30-day credit invoice terms
Maintenance & Servicing of HVAC, Generators & Solar Systems
Invitation for certified electrical and mechanical engineering companies to handle routine preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for our estate energy and cooling infrastructure.
Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria:
- Registered electrical/mechanical engineering contractor
- Certified technicians with emergency call-out response capability (under 2 hours)
- Proven track record with commercial HVAC and backup diesel generators
